How many AI credits do I get, and when do they renew?
Short answer
You get 50 AI credits to start, once per account and once per phone. Pro gives you 1000 and Premium 2000 credits a month. The monthly allowance renews on the 1st of each month and doesn't roll over, while starter credits and credits from packs don't expire.
How many credits each option gives you
- Account without a subscription: 50 starter credits, one time only.
- Pro: 1000 credits a month.
- Premium: 2000 credits a month.
- Coach subscriptions: 4000 to 48000 credits a month, depending on the plan.
- Credit packs: 1000, 5000 or 10000, a one-time payment in the store.
When the allowance renews and what expires
- The monthly allowance renews on the 1st of each month, no matter which day you bought the subscription. Unused credits from the allowance don't roll over to the next month.
- Starter credits and credits from packs don't expire. The app only uses them once the monthly allowance runs out.
- Credits belong to your account, so they work on any phone, iPhone or Android.
Why you didn't get starter credits
Starter credits are given once per account and once per phone. If another account on this phone already claimed them, a new account won't get them. The app grants them the first time you use an AI feature, not when you sign up.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account erases all your credits, including ones you bought. They can't be moved to another account.
