Thank you for choosing SmartWorkout, we respect the privacy of your data, and we make every effort to ensure that your data is protected and remained private. As the owner and operator of our SmartWorkout mobile application ("Application"), hereinafter referred to in this Privacy Policy "SmartWorkout", we have presented this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, share and protect information about users of our mobile application. This Privacy Policy is turned on by reference to the SmartWorkout Terms of Service that govern your use of our Services. We will not use either share your personal data, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Personal Data Inspector

Pursuant to Art. 37 of the GDPR, the Administrator has not appointed a Data Protection Officer. In matters relating to data processing, incl personal data, please contact the Administrator directly.

3. Personal Data

To create an account with SmartWorkout, you need to provide basic personal information such as: e-mail address, name and surname (optional), gender, date of birth, height, weight and target weight.

If you lose access to your email or login to a third party, you will lose access to your SmartWorkout account. For security reasons, we cannot restore or change email addresses.

4. Workout Data

SmartWorkout is an application and training tracking platform. You enter training data consisting of training information such as training activity data, exercise performed, body measurements, weight measurements, etc. In SmartWorkout. We consider this your data.

5. Analytics Data

We use Firebase Analytics for tracking application traffic. We use Sentry for bug tracking and debugging. In the cases of Firebase Analytics, we do not send personal data to this service.

6. Activity Data

We use Apple HealthKit and collect personal data like: body measurements & indexes, workout activity.

7. Automatically Collected Information

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device used, unique mobile device ID, mobile device IP address, mobile phone operating system, browser phone type the website you use, and information on how to use the Application.

8. Cookies

To facilitate the use of our website, we use "cookies". Cookies are small files that a website or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive via your internet browser (if you allow) that enable the website's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. They are used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with better services. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions so that we can offer better experiences and tools in the future.

You can configure your browser so that it does not use any cookies. Opting out may have a negative impact on the operation and functionality of the Site.

Two types of cookies can be used on the SmartWorkout website - session and permanent. The former remain on your device only when you use the SmartWorkout website. Permanent cookies remain on your device as long as they have a set lifetime or until you delete them.

9. Customer Service

If you send us a message or contact us for assistance, you may provide us with personal information (such as email address and debugging information) during this process. We retain support emails to improve customer service.

10. Data Storage

We store your data for an indefinite period of time for the purpose of providing the Services. However, you can request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via the application.

11. Third Party Links

We may host or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. Therefore, we assume no responsibility for the content and activities of any linked sites. Nevertheless, we strive to protect the integrity of our site, and any feedback on these sites is welcome.

12. Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at smartworkout.contact@gmail.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

13. Account Deletion

Users have the right to delete their SmartWorkout account at any time. To delete your account, please navigate to the “Settings” section in the app, then go to “Profile Settings” and select the “Delete Account” option. Deleting the account will result in the permanent removal of all data associated with the user’s account.

14. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. You are advised to check this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as your continued use will mean you accept all changes.
