Does SmartWorkout work with Garmin?
Short answer
No. SmartWorkout doesn't currently have an app for Garmin watches or sync workouts with Garmin Connect. Our watch apps are for Apple Watch and Wear OS.
What you can do with a Garmin
Log your sets on your phone and start a separate strength activity on your Garmin if you want heart rate and calories in Garmin Connect. The two records aren't linked.
Watches SmartWorkout works with
- Apple Watch with watchOS 10 or later.
- Watches with Wear OS 4 or later, such as Galaxy Watch4 and newer.
