Moving your data

How do I move my workouts from Hevy, Strong or Excel?

Short answer

When you first open the app, it asks "Trained in another app?". Paste up to 10 recent workouts there as text, and AI adds them to your history. This works once per account. You can import your own workout plan as text at any time.

Importing workouts when you first open the app

  1. In your other app, copy your workouts as text: a shared workout, a note or the contents of a CSV file.
  2. Paste the text on the "Trained in another app?" screen.
  3. Check the matched exercises. For uncertain ones, pick the right exercise or skip it.
  4. Tap "Import workouts".
  • Limit: 10 workouts and 5000 characters.
  • Cost: 10 AI credits, charged only if the app finds workouts. Your starter credits are enough.
  • Rest times, notes and cardio workouts tracked by distance only aren't imported.

Importing your own plan at any time

You can paste your own plan as text at any time, for example from ChatGPT, your notes or your coach, for 10 AI credits.

Older history

Workout import works only once, when you first open the app. If you want to move older or longer history, go to Profile › Settings › Help and, under "Want to transfer your training data from another app?", tap "Contact us".
